Where are you located?

We are located in Mombasa, Kenya and do not have a physical store.

 

Are your products original?

ALWAYS! You can use barcode checkers online to check if an item is also genuine. If you are hesitant to purchase, please get in touch and we will answer any doubts you have. ALL products are sourced from the UK and are restocked regularly to ensure stock is always fresh. Don’t forget that the more you buy, the more you save!

I really want something that isn’t on your site!

We have always done personalised ordering! If you want anything from the UK, cosmetics or
otherwise (shoes, bags, kids clothes!) then contact us! You can send us a message on Instagram, WhatsApp or email and we will get back to you ASAP. It’s also very helpful if you can send us the exact link of the item with the details such as colour/size needed. All orders must be paid for in full as we incur many charges in processing and shipping orders.

How can I join your chama?

We are bringing chama online! This will be more of a savings account for yourself to purchase chama credit whenever you want to. Chama credit is available to buy in 500’s. When you are ready to make a purchase for a special occasion or want to refresh your make up bag, contact us and we will create a personalised coupon to the credit of how much you have saved online! You will also save 20% on
most of our cosmetics if you buy 6+ items!

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

At the moment, in Kenya, we deliver to:
Eldoret, Kitale, Kakamega, Kericho, Kisumu, Kisi, Mombasa, Nairobi & Nakuru.

In Tanzania, we deliver to:
Dar Es Salaam & Tanga.

Deliveries can take between 1-3 days, excluding weekends.

Please make sure you have detailed your delivery address including specific instructions and location. A number will also be needed so a courier can call you if assistance is needed in locating your address.

I can't see my location on the checkout page!

We are continuously looking at other destinations that we can deliver to and will keep our  information updated to reflect this. If you need something and we haven’t listed your area, please get in touch and we will sort something out!

How do I know when my order is on its way?

You will receive an email to say your order has been dispatched! Sit tight and stay excited!

Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are final. Returns will only be considered if the wrong item has been delivered. We always check our items before they are shipped to confirm correct function and ensure quality products and customer service. Tampered with products will be refused a refund.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via Instagram or WhatsApp for the fastest response.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to rectify the issue. After 7 days, we will not be held liable.

Payment

How do I make a purchase?

We accept payment online and you can use a variety of methods including bank cards and M-Pesa.
We accept both Kenyan & Tanzanian shillings. If for any reason you are having trouble, please
contact us and we can arrange a manual M-Pesa payment if needed.

I don’t have a card or M-Pesa to pay online. Help me!
